How do you match people?

We consider your interests, preferences, availability and the kind of group experience you're looking for. The aim is to bring together people with enough in common to get started, while leaving room for different personalities.
What if I don't click with everyone?

That's completely normal. The aim isn't to guarantee chemistry with every person, but to create an opportunity to meet people you might connect with. You may find that you click particularly well with one or two members.
Who plans the activities?

Each group starts with a shared direction — something you can explore, make, learn or enjoy together. We help you get started with prompts, ideas and suggestions to make your time together fun and engaging.
Your group decides what to do, where to go and what works for everyone. We won't plan every meetup for you, but we won't leave you staring at an empty group chat either.
Participants cover their own activity costs.
What if my group doesn't fill?

We'll first offer to match you with another suitable group. If you'd rather not wait for a new match, or we can't find a suitable group within the timeframe we communicate, we'll refund your matching fee.
We'll always let you know what your options are before moving your registration to a different group.
Do I need to attend every meetup?

No — life happens, and sometimes you won't be able to make it. But the more you show up, contribute ideas and take part in making plans, the more opportunity you give the connection to grow.
Think of it as a shared project: everyone brings something to it. You don't have to become best friends overnight, but we encourage you to give your group a genuine chance over the six weeks.
How do you use my information?

We use the information you share with us to match you with a group that suits your interests, preferences and availability, and to help your group get started.
We only ask for information that helps make the matching experience work. We don’t sell your personal information.
Once you’re matched, we’ll use WhatsApp to help your group connect and make plans. If you join a WhatsApp group, other members may be able to see your phone number, profile name and profile photo, depending on your WhatsApp settings. We’ll explain what will be shared before adding you to a group.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for matching, running the experience and meeting our legal obligations. You can find more details about what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and your privacy rights in our Privacy Policy.
